Sec. 152.
Service of such restraining order may be made either personally, as in the case of ordinary
process of said court, or in cases of emergency such service may be made by registered or
certified mail. Notice of the issuance of such restraining order may be given to the officers to
whom the same is directed, by telegraph or by telephone, in advance of the actual service of
said order, and after the giving of such advance notice, said officer shall be charged with the
same duties with regard to the preservation of the ballot boxes and ballots as after actual
