§ 168.120Contested elections; purpose of act

Sec. 120.
    It is the intention of this act to furnish a speedy and effective means for the preservation of
 evidence of the intention of voters in the case of elections to the office of United States
 senator. It is remedial in character and shall be construed in such manner as fully to carry out
 the intention herein expressed.
