§ 168.118Contested election; violation of restraining order, penalty

Sec. 118.
    Any person who shall violate the terms of any such restraining order shall be in contempt
 of court and shall, in addition to such penalty as may be imposed thereby, be liable to a fine of
 $1,000.00.
