Procedure for organising the work of the Central Electoral Commission, electing Commission Chairperson, Deputy Chairpersons and secretary, convening meetings, and procedures therein, clerical work and other issues shall be established by the Regulations of the Central Electoral Commission. The Central Electoral Commission shall approve it.
