1. In its activities the Central Electoral Commission shall follow the Constitution of the Republic of Lithuania, this Law, election laws, the Law on Referendum and other laws and legal acts. 2. The activities of the Central Electoral Commission shall be based on the principles of legality, independence, collegiality, openness and impartiality.
