§ 168.117Contested election; commissioners, compensation

Sec. 117.
     The compensation of the commissioners herein provided for shall be fixed by the supreme
 court and such court shall allow such traveling and personal expenses of such commissioners
 as it may deem proper. All allowances to commissioners shall be taxed by the court as costs in
 the proceeding.
