1. It shall be prohibited to use for political parties or political campaigns the received donations that do not meet the requirements of this Law. If such donations have been received and the donor is known, the person responsible for the accounting of the political party or the political campaign treasurer must, within five working days from the date of the receipt of such donation, return the donation to the donor, indicating the reason for refusing to accept the donation. In the event of failure to identify the donor within ten working days, the person responsible for the accounting of the political party or the political campaign treasurer shall transfer the donation to the state budget. 2. It shall be prohibited to fund political parties and political campaign participants through the third persons.
