1. Political campaigns of other independent political campaign participants (with the exception of political parties) shall be funded: 1) with donations of natural and legal persons who under this Law have the right to donate; 2) with own (personal) funds; 3) interest on the funds kept in the political campaign account. 2. Funds designated to finance political campaign must be kept in the political campaign account. 3. It shall be prohibited to finance other independent political campaign participants (with the exception of political parties) with the funds which are not specified in this Article.
