1. The post office head shall deliver unused envelopes and ballot papers to the city, regional referendum committee one day prior to the referendum vote. 2. The records of voucher envelopes and referendum ballot papers shall be kept by the head of the post office, indicating the data of said records in a journal specially designated for this purpose in accordance with the procedure established by the Central Electoral Committee. 3. The post office shall deliver envelopes containing ballot papers marked by voters to polling district referendum committees on the day of the referendum, but not later than 2 hours before the closing of the polls. 4. The Central Electoral Committee shall keep records of voucher envelopes and ballot papers, in the Republic of Lithuania.
