1. The ballot paper shall include the text of an appeal to the voter and the reply versions: “Yes,” and “No,” or “For,” and “Against.” 2. Should there be two or several referendums being held, the ballots of each one of them must be of a different color. 3. The Central Electoral Committee shall establish the form and the specimen for filling them out.
