1. A voter or a representative of the party may lodge complaints with the referendum committee of the polling district no later than 7 days before the referendum vote about the errors made in voter lists due to which the voter is not registered in the voter list in the manner prescribed by this Law or is registered in several voter lists. The referendum committee of the polling district must investigate the complaint and adopt a decision thereon either immediately or within 2 days of the receipt thereof, if more than 10 days are left until the day of the referendum. 2. The decision of the referendum committee of a polling district may be within 3 days appealed against to the administrative court of an appropriate county, which shall investigate the complaint within 2 days. The decision of the court shall be final. 3. Complaints and comments shall not be investigated after the expiration of the term established for filing comments or complaints. 4. The referendum committees of polling districts shall report to the city, regional referendum committee about the received complaints and changes made in the voter lists by the court’s decision, and the referendum committee of the city, region shall report to the Central Electoral Committee as soon as possible but no later than within 12 hours.
