1. After the proclamation of election results the Central Electoral Committee shall, within 7 days, issue certificates of member of the European Parliament elected for the Republic of Lithuania to the elected candidates. The Central Electoral Committee shall notify the institutions of the European Union about the election results and the names of the elected members of the European Parliament. 2. All disputes concerning the non-issuance of the certificate of members of the European Parliament shall, not later than within 3 days, be settled by the Higher Administrative Court of Lithuania. The decision of the said Court shall become effective from the moment of its pronouncement.
