1. Special post offices designated for voting shall be established in corrective institutions and pre-trial detention institutions, as established in Article 69. 2. In accordance with the procedure set forth in the laws, heads of corrective institutions may allow sentenced persons to vote in polling districts of their permanent place of residence. 3. Each voter must be provided with an opportunity to vote in a special post office, a post office or a polling district of his permanent place of residence. CHAPTER X COUNTING OF VOTES
