1. Special post offices designated for voting shall be established in military units of the national defence system and internal service, as established in Article 69. 2. If possible, commanders of military units shall provide conditions for servicemen to vote in polling districts of their permanent place of residence. 3. Each voter must be provided with an opportunity to vote in a special post office, a post office or a polling district of his permanent place of residence.
