1. Voting in diplomatic missions (consulates) of the Republic of Lithuania may take place during its business hours, but for at least 4 hours a day. If the voter requests so, the diplomatic mission (consulate) may send and accept election documents from him by post. 2. By the advice the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Central Electoral Committee shall compile a list of diplomatic missions (consulates) in which voting shall be conducted and shall establish voting days (no less than 10) for each diplomatic mission (consulate). 3. The head of the diplomatic mission (consulate) shall be responsible for the organisation of voting.
