§ 168.115Contested election; removal of ballots by commissioners, notice

Sec. 115.
    The commissioners, as herein provided for, shall give public notice of the time when they
 will appear at each county seat for the purpose of removing the ballots from the ballot boxes,
 as herein provided, and such removal shall be publicly made in the presence of the county
 clerk and judge of probate in the office of the county clerk during office hours.
