the Central Electoral Committee All documents (except financial documentation) received from polling districts, voter lists, the vote the counting record of the constituency, the records of the constituency electoral committee for the whole period of the activities and other election documents shall be put into special packages and sealed by the constituency electoral committee. The packages shall be delivered to the Central Electoral Committee within the time period established by the Central Electoral Committee.
