1. The records of voucher envelopes and ballot papers shall be kept by the head of the post office, indicating the data of said records in a journal specially designated for this purpose in accordance with the procedure established by the Central Electoral Committee. 2. The post office head shall deliver unused envelopes and ballot papers to the constituency electoral committee one day prior to elections. 3. The post office shall deliver envelopes containing ballot papers marked by voters to polling district committees on the day of the election, but not later than 2 hours before the closing of the polls. 4. The Central Electoral Committee shall keep records of voucher envelopes and ballot papers in the Republic of Lithuania.
