(1) When a recount of paper ballots is finished, each ballot must again be sealed in the same package or envelope in the presence of the election administrator and the appropriate county or school recount board and must be delivered to the election administrator for custody. (2) All other materials used in the recount that are required to be sealed must be resealed in the same manner and delivered to the election administrator for custody.
