(1) The secretary of the election commission and polling station commission shall take minutes of the meetings and keep the rest of the commission's documentation. (2) In the absence of the secretary of the commission, his or her duties shall be fulfilled by a member of the commission in accordance with the decision of the commission. (3) The secretary of the commission shall be responsible for the correct handling and storage of documents until they are transferred to the record-keeping of the local government.
