The election commission and polling station commission shall take decisions by open ballot. A decision shall be taken if the majority of members of the commission votes "for". In the event of a tied vote, the chairperson of the commission shall cast the deciding vote. The member of the commission who does not agree with the decision is entitled to append in writing his or her differing opinion to the minutes of the meeting.
