(1) This Law regulates the provisions for the financing of political organisations (parties) and alliances thereof (hereinafter - the political organisations (parties)). (2) The purpose of this Law is to ensure the transparency, lawfulness, and conformity of the financial activities of the political organisations (parties) to the system of parliamentary democracy.
