Price Lists for the
Broadcasting Time of Announcements (Advertisements) on Meetings
with Voters
Electronic mass media which provide distribution of
announcements (advertisements) in their programmes by reading a
previously prepared text (advertisement) on meeting with voters
of a political party, alliance of political parties, or candidate
shall apply the same price lists which they determine for the
distribution of other announcements (advertisements). This
condition shall apply to cases where only the name of a political
party, alliance of political parties, or the given name and
surname of a candidate, time and place of the meeting are
indicated in the announcement (advertisement). When distributing
the announcement (advertisement), the political party, alliance
of political parties, or candidate who paid for the distribution
of the announcement (advertisement) shall be clearly and
expressly indicated. The conditions laid down in Section 11,
Paragraphs three, four, five, six and seven of this Law for the
notification of price lists for the broadcasting time of
pre-election campaigns and placement shall not apply to such
announcements (advertisements).
