(1) On the day of a national referendum and also on the day before the national referendum, the placement of campaign materials in electronic mass media - radio and television - broadcasts, public places, publications, and at the authorities and capital companies referred to in Section 33, Paragraph one of this Law, and also conduct of campaigns as a paid service on public electronic communications network, including the Internet, shall be prohibited. (2) Campaigns before a national referendum and campaigns for a legislative initiative are prohibited at the places referred to in Section 7, Paragraph two of this Law, polling premises and in the distance of less than 50 metres from the entrance into the building where the polling station is located.
