(1) Within two months after receiving statements of support from the organisers, the Central Election Commission shall count the signatures, establish the result and send the certificate confirming the number of valid statements to the organisers to the electronic mail address indicated in the form. (2) If the Central Election Commission establishes that the verification of the received statements is outside its jurisdiction, the Central Election Commission shall send the statements of support back to the organiser within two weeks.
