(1) The President shall submit such draft law or draft amendments to the Constitution to the Saeima. (2) The Saeima must review such draft law or draft amendments to the Constitution during the session in which it was submitted. If the draft law or draft amendments to the Constitution are submitted in-between sessions or at an extraordinary session, it must be reviewed in the next regular session, or in an extraordinary session convened especially for the review of such draft law or draft amendments to the Constitution.
