(1) The State and local government institutions and capital companies have the obligation to ensure the election commissions with premises necessary for work thereof free of charge. (2) The State and local government institutions and capital companies have the obligation to ensure political parties and alliances of political parties with premises for the organisation of pre-election measures for charge in such amount which covers the actual expenses for the use of such premises.
