(1) On the election day the elections shall take place from 7.00 in the morning till 8.00 in the evening. (2) At 7.00 in the morning a chairperson of the polling station commission or the secretary shall, in the presence of the commission, ascertain that the ballot boxes, allotted for depositing ballot papers, are empty. After this the ballot boxes shall be sealed. (3) The polling station commission shall ensure the verification of the following at the entrance to the polling premises: 1) whether the citizens who arrived are voters; 2) whether the voter presents a valid personal identification document.
