The persons who hinder voters from participation in elections or from conducting campaigns with violence, fraud, threats, bribery or in other illegal ways, or have voted or stood as candidates several times in the same elections, or have knowingly submitted false information on themselves in the documents referred to in Section 11 of this Law, or in any other way falsified election documents, or have knowingly incorrectly counted votes, or have not respected the secrecy of voting, or have in other ways violated this Law shall be held liable as provided for by laws and regulations.
