(1) The counting of votes shall commence immediately after the closing of the polling station. Counting is done by the polling station commission in an open meeting. (2) Without interfering with the work of the commission, the meeting may be concurrently attended by no more than two authorised observers from each political party or alliance of political parties that has submitted a list of candidates for the respective election, and also members of the Central Election Commission, the relevant local government election commission and persons authorised by these commissions, mass media representatives.
