A voter may submit a complaint regarding the election procedures to the chairperson of the polling station commission and it shall be registered in the election procedure log. Any complaint regarding the election procedures shall be examined without delay and a reply shall be given to the submitter of the complaint, but the content of the complaint and reply shall be recorded in the election procedure log.
