During the election, the chairperson of the polling station commission shall supervise the procedures in the polling premises. He or she shall ascertain that in the polling premises and not closer than 50 metres from the entrance to the building where the polling station is located restrictions of election freedoms and disturbances to order, as well as campaigns, do not occur.
