The Central Election Commission shall, not later than 19 days prior to the election day, publish the following information on its website and in the official gazette Latvijas Vēstnesis: 1) the pre-election programmes; 2) all lists of candidates and other information referred to in this Law on candidates, except for the personal identity number of candidates and the information specified in Paragraph one, Clause 4, Sub-clause "j" of Section 11; 3) the information referred to in Clauses 1 and 2 of this Section in audio format; 4) the information on the accessibility of polling stations for voters in a wheelchair.
