Persons who hinder citizens from participation in elections or conducting campaigns with violence, fraud, threats, bribery or in other illegal ways, or have knowingly submitted false information on themselves in the documents referred to in Section 11 of this Law, or in any other way falsified election documents, or have knowingly incorrectly counted votes, or have not respected the secrecy of voting, or have in other ways violated this Law shall be held liable as provided for by law.
