(1) The decision of the Central Election Commission to register the list of candidates or to refuse to register the list of candidates, and also to delete a nominated candidate from a registered list of candidates may be appealed in a court within three working days from the day of taking the abovementioned decision. (2) In order to enforce the court judgment by which the decision referred to in Paragraph one of this Section is repealed, the Central Election Commission shall either register or delete the relevant list of candidates or shall either restore the nominated candidate on the registered list of candidates or delete it from it.
