§ Article 22(untitled)

Sittings of the Saeima shall be public. The
Saeima may decide by a majority vote of not less than
two-thirds of the members present to sit in closed session, if so
requested by ten members of the Saeima, or by the
President, the Prime Minister, or a Minister.
