§ 168.991Repeals

Sec. 991.
     The following sections and acts and all acts and parts of acts amendatory thereto, and all
 acts and parts of acts inconsistent with or contravening the provisions of this act, are hereby
 repealed, namely: Sections 4, 6, 12 and 13 of chapter 15 of the Revised Statutes of 1846, being
