The deadline for amending a petition under this subchapter is: (1) 10 a.m. of the day after the date notice of defect is received, if received at or after 12 midnight and before 12 noon; or (2) 4 p.m. of the day after the date notice of defect is received, if received at or after 12 noon and before 12 midnight.
