(a) The secretary of state may reexamine a voting system or voting system equipment as provided by this subchapter at any time after the system or equipment is approved under Subchapter B or C. (b) The secretary of state may suspend approval for use of a voting system or voting system equipment if the system or equipment is not submitted for reexamination under this subchapter on the request of the secretary. (c) The secretary of state may prescribe fees in amounts reasonably necessary to administer this subchapter and compensate examiners appointed by the secretary.
