§ 168.81Secretary of state or attorney general; resignation, notice

 Sec. 81.
    Any person duly elected to the office of secretary of state or attorney general who desires to
 resign shall file a written notice, containing the effective date of such resignation, with the
 governor and a copy with the office of the secretary of state.
