(a) A voter registration agency shall designate one or more persons to coordinate the agency's voter registration program. The agency shall notify the secretary of state of the name of each coordinator. (b) The registration coordinator shall conduct training for agency employees in voter registration procedures with the assistance of the secretary of state. (c) The agency shall submit to the secretary of state a plan to implement voter registration procedures under this chapter.
